Overview
A great weekend of music and all things nautical in this beautiful corner of Kerry in South West Ireland. There will be a workshop of sea shanty singing, informal sessions and a fund raising concert in aid of the RNLI.
Artists taking part will include Paddy’s Passion (Netherlands), Mariners Away (UK) and Schooner Shantymenm and Kiltha Male Voice Choir from Cork. Fun & games for all of the family with a Pirates’ Fancy Dress Parade and a possible World Record for the most pirates drinking Guinness in the same venue! A now-defunct annual sea shanty festival that appears to have last run in 2014. The Facebook page for the event no longer exists and there does not seem to be a website.
