Per a YouTube comment from Chris Roche, Tom Kelly performed with the Shanty Crew (of London) for at least one of their albums. Later, he performed with the Hastings Shanty Singers in Hastings, UK, and later founded, sang and recorded with, and then left the RX Shanty Men.
