Awildan Distilling Weekly Sea Shanty Sing

Wisconsin shantyman Andreas Transø. continues to lead the weekly shanty sing at Jeff Olson’s Awildan Distilling in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.  As of 3 Jan 2025 the event has moved to Friday nights from Thursday nights.  The event continues to enjoy a large attendance, accommodated by the expanded event space that Olson unveiled in 2024.

No experiences necessary. Songbooks provided! Great cocktails and house-distilled spirits!

Awildan Distilling crafts a sophisticated range of whiskeys and rums, plus rare poitin (“poh-tCHEEN”) and genever (cheh-NAY-vur”)!  This makes the trip extra-special.  Olson is also an excellent mixologist, and serves an assortment of delightful cocktails.  From time-to-time there is a food truck available outside the facility.
