Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center presents Sea Shanty Sing-Along Night.  Calling all elves, dwarves and men of all realms!  Join us for a rollicking night of traditional sea shanties and fantasy favorites with musical accompaniment!  Friday, January 17, 2024 at 7:00 pm.  6 lake Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810 “Admission is Free”

The goals of our organization are the preservation and teaching of our Irish heritage and culture for our own enrichment and enjoyment as well as the next generation’s and for all people who are interested in our heritage with a program of teaching, workshops and cultural events. Classes and workshops include Irish Language, Dance, Music, Singing, Drama, Storytelling, Genealogy, Literature, History and Gaelic Sports. Events include Irish language days, concerts, plays, games, lectures, book clubs and monthly seisiúins.
