Hooligan’s Rule

Hooligan’s Rule are Lucy and Tony Simister from Brixham in Devon who play and sing an eclectic mix of traditional Celtic music, French traditional folk, shanties and sea songs  and home spun songs and tunes on the guitar, fiddle, mandolin and bodhran.

They’ve played many music festivals, sessions, folk clubs, street music and parties in England and France (where they lived until recently)

Avast, me hearties! – there’ll be raucous pirate songs, and fancy fiddle tunes backed up by a driving bodhran – and plenty of opportunity to sing along or participate in the music!
