Het Zeegat Uit (English: the sea inlet) is a Netherlands-based podcast run by Cees Vlieland.
“Het Zeegat Uit” is a radio program hosted by Cees Vlieland and broadcast on RTV Katwijk. The program focuses on sea shanties, with a repertoire of songs about life at sea. Sea shanties choir Bravour recently appeared on the program, where their song “Kaap’ren Varen” was played, according to Maritime Music Directory International.

On 1 Apr 2018 Dean Calin wrote to Cees Vlieland on Facebook, “I went to your web site address today (http://www.radiohetzeegatuit.nl/) and it did not propagate. Are you still operating Het Zeegat Uit, Cees?” There was no reply. As of 11 Oct 2025 the site address still does not produce a website.
Cees Vlieland has been the Admin of the Facebook Group, Shanty and Seasongs lovers. since March 26, 2011.
