Les Forbans de Lorient

Les Forbans de Lorient is a musical group from Brittany that takes you on a mesmerising journey through the seas and oceans, thanks to its repertoire of maritime songs.

With powerful vocals and catchy melodies, they capture the spirit of adventure and the freedom of the vast bodies of water. Their songs tell stories of brave sailors, formidable storms and distant harbours, transporting you to a universe where the horizon is infinite. Attending one of their concerts, you will be able to feel the sea breeze and hear the clapping of the waves, while being comfortably installed in your seat. Les Forbans de Lorient promise you a unique musical experience, which awakens the soul of the sailor in each of us.

The group has been singing the sea, sailors and Brittany since 2021. Born during the lockdown with initially only two friends, it is now a choir of five singer musicians. With Régis, who also coordinates the group, there is Pierre on the flute, Jacques on the guitar, Yann on the accordion, Jean Claude on the harmonica and Jackie on sound.
