Overview
This nautical musical adventure starring a crew of West End wonderboys was the talk of Edinburgh Fringe 2024 & 2025.
Join us as we turn show tunes, rock classics and pop bangers into superb sea shanties and weave them into a joyous story. You will not want to miss the rib-tickling brilliance of the songs that we Shantify – the harmonies these boys produce will knock your socks off!
SHANTIFY has been making waves since setting sail, with three hit seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe, a stop at London’s Ambassadors Theatre, a West End season at Underbelly Boulevard, and an absolute sell-out at Cornwall’s iconic Minack Theatre.
A high-energy musical sensation, SHANTIFY takes the songs you know and love and gives them a nautical twist, reimagining show tunes, rock classics and pop bangers as spectacular sea shanties. At the helm is a crew of West End Wonderboys, bringing stunning harmonies, infectious energy and plenty of raucous high-seas spirit. The soundtrack sails through musical theatre favourites, pop classics and rock anthems… from Dolly Parton to Beyoncé, Robbie Williams to the hit musical SIX.
Think Fisherman’s Friends meets Choir of Man… It’s uplifting, foot-stomping and feel-good! A real celebration of music, friendship and the sea.
After another fantastic summer at the Edinburgh Fringe, the crew is planning their next voyage.
There’s plenty more SHANTIFY on the horizon… Keep an eye out for what’s coming next!
