An annual celebration of songs of the sea on the tall ship Glenlee on the river Clyde.  The Glasgow Shanty Festival returns for another great day of music and fun for everyone. Face painting and shadow shows for the kids, workshops for adults and music for all in the afternoon, and a fabulous evening of song on the tall ship Glenlee.

A fabulous line up of talent awaits you on Pointhouse Quay on the 12th September from 11:30am. Music on the Tall Ship Glenlee and in the Riverside Museum. And a concert later! Shuggy the Seagull says get in there quick!

Evening concert and singaround from 5:00 pm.  From 5:00 pm with finger food and a talk by Shanty Queen, Joss Cameron “A Deep Dive into Sea Shanties”, or, from 8:00 pm just the concert and the singaround.
