Ship to Shore Shanty Singers

Ship to Shore are a group of shanty singers based in and around the Holme Valley in West Yorkshire. Miles from the sea in any given direction, we may well be the most land-locked sea shanty group in the country! The group has male and female singers, and mostly sing A Capella performing sea shanties, songs of the sea and drinking songs. Formed by previous members of the shanty crew Holme & Dry (2013-2022), we have many years experience of singing these songs and have performed across the country at pubs, clubs, community events and festivals.
