Bonny At Morn

Bonny At Morn are a new duo singing songs of the sea in English and Scottish Gaelic and shanties.

Confusingly is also the title of a Northumbrian lullaby, which makes web searching rather difficult!

Note: They should also not to be confused with the Cape Town trio / quartet of the same name. Even the link provided in the duo’s entry for the Morecambe Maritime Festival in 2025 points to the wrong group!

Bonny at Morn was also the name of a female folk duo from Weardale, as seen mentioned in 2008.

It certainly is a popular name, (unfortunately)
