The Causeway Shantymen are renowned for bringing their shanties, sea-songs, and sense of fun to the stage and have done so successfully across Ireland (North & South) — these sea dogs usually have crowds stompin’ and howlin’ by the 2nd shanty!
The Causeway Shantymen group was formed in March of 2023 with the aim of combating issues of loneliness and isolation. And while members joke that while it came about, in part, with their wives and girlfriends urging them to get out of the house, they have found solace in hitting the right notes on the Causeway coast.
