Overview
Chor’Hommes is a French maritime musical act coming far from the sea, in the Ardennes.
Fourteen guys, each one less maritime than the other, with a guitar, a banjo, a harmonica, a bodhran, a violin, diatonic accordions, snare drum, powerful voices, a pinch of malice and humour, a hint of melancholy, a repertoire to raise the anchor: while waiting patiently in Vrigne-aux-Bois, the most maritime city in the Ardennes, the only tidal port in France that is more than 265km from the nearest sea. They sing and make the sea sing along with them as well.
