Corsairs

The Corsairs was an a capella group out of the Scarborough Renaissance Festival, located near Dallas, Texas.  In 2008 they announced that the group was disbanding after performing together for thirteen years.  This group, The Jolly Rogers out of the Kansas City Renaissance Festival and The Pyrates Royale out of the Maryland Renaissance Festival were the first three, popular pirate-themed musical performance groups on that scene.  They released as many as nine albums on compact disc, however while physical copies are said to be available from a former member, they don’t seem to be available online, at this time.

The only member of this group that appears to still be performing is Gregg Csikos, who, with his partner Susan, appears on the renaissance faire circuit as Rambling Sailors.
