Le Diablotin du Puits d’enfer, a male choir of 20 singers and four instrumentalists, is the specialist choir coming out of “A Fond les Notes”, performing songs of sailors and the sea.
A joint CD entitled, “Accores et Ressacs” has been produced including music from choirs in the Association; A Fond les Notes, Le Diablotin du Puits d’enfer, La Frégate en Partance and L’Echo d’Orbestier
The name of the group comes from a place along the beach of Les Sables d’Olonne. Approaching from the south, located on the rocky coast of the Château d’Olonne, you can discover the Puits d’Enfer, a deep fault about 30 metres long in the cliff where the sea rushes with a crash at high tide, a place of history and legend.
