Overview
The Severn Landlubbers is an 8-man shanty group based in Worcester. We are all members of Worcester Male Voice Choir, but our shared love of songs of the sea led us to form the Severn Landlubbers in the summer of 2025.
We sing traditional sea shanties, with lots of harmonies, actions and laughter. We mostly perform acapella but include electric ukulele or acoustic guitar on some numbers
Our rowdy crew of land-based buccaneers bring you the rousing roar of sea shanties to pubs, festivals and events. With hearty harmonies, stomping rhythms and a splash of maritime fun.
