Frank is also one of the newer members of Hooks & Crookes and Shay claims he is a permanent probationer like himself. Frank is a dab hand at writing new songs, some of which are now part of our increasing repertoire. He also brings a guitar with him wherever he goes, which he uses to good effect in some of our songs.
