2nd Annual Historic Lewes Shanty Fest
It promises to be a rollicking day full of stellar music, fascinating history, and unbridled fun – we hope you’ll join us! Join Historic Lewes for a festival celebrating the maritime traditions of Lewes and the sea through music, art, and history. Enjoy 10 Fantastic Shanty Bands brought to one venue, headlined by The Dreadnoughts!
Historical Demonstrations featured by Labor Jawn, Miller’s Camera Obscura Silhouettes, Zwaanendael Museum and others interpreters.
Drink and Merriment provided by the Sussex Tavern and several food trucks for nourishment! Electric Crowd Energy provided by you!

To launch our Second Annual Shanty Fest in a proper salty fashion, join the Dreadnoughts AND Sean Dagher for an intimate acoustic experience at our Sussex Tavern. This special shanty night is a limited ticket event at $75.00 per ticket, including 2 drinks and a meet & greet with the bands!
