Overview
On Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm: SONGS OF THE SEA! in downtown New London, Connecticut at the Parade Plaza (the Whale Tail). Brought by the New London Cultural District in conjunction with the Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival. It is a celebration of maritime music and heritage featuring live performances by:

Sea Shanty pub sing to follow at 7:00 pm at the Oasis Pub on Bank Street. This is an “all are welcome” shanty/chantey sorta thing, where anyone who wants to can put their name on a list to sing a song, and the crowd will help you out when it’s your turn. Marc Bernier will be hosting.
