Northwest Pirate Festival

For 2022:  The Northwest Pirate Festival RETURNS July 9-10, 2022! Mark ‘yer calendars for the Pacific Northwest’s premier pirate festival located in Lacey, Washington!

For 2023:  The Northwest Pirate Festival was owned and operated by the Washington Renaissance Arts & Education Society.  On November 9, 2022 they announced,

“To all of our WRAES community members,
After careful consideration, the Board of Directors of WRAES have decided to put the Northwest
Pirate Festival 2023 and beyond on the list of projects that we will consider in future seasons. .
We have evaluated many aspects and the logistics of producing this one weekend event and
feel that it is in the best interest of the Company and the Production Team to cancel for the
foreseeable future.
We appreciate everyone’s work that brought the 2022 event to life after a two year hiatus due to
Covid-19 and the Pandemic. Many had fun and we look forward to seeing everyone at the
Oregon Renaissance Faire in June and the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire in
August.
