Sea Shanty Sing at Awildan Rum Fest

This event was on Saturday, July 29, 2023 in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA. It was organized by maritime and folk singer Andreas Transø.

Awildan Distilling [held] a big Rum Fest […] Saturday, beginning at 12noon, featuring the release of two special rums! A one-year, aged, blackstrap molasses, barrel aged, NAVY STRENGTH rum and a barrel aged spice rum!

There were cocktails to enjoy, made from the rum as well as Awildan’s genever and poitín. A food truck [was] on site, as well.

But, a sea shanty sing [began] at 4pm hosted by yours truly, Andreas Transø! Songbooks were provided. We had some rum fun!
