Blue Anchor Shanty Festival, Helston

The annual Blue Anchor Shanty Festival will be held at The Blue Anchor Inn in Helston, Cornwall on the 7th March 2026 with all proceeds going to the Lizard RNLI & The Cornwall Children’s Hospice.

The first festival was held in March 2024.

The Blue Anchor is the home of Spingo Ales, and is one of only four original brew pubs left in the country.  It is located at 50 Coinagehall Street, Helston, Cornwall, United Kingdom.

Helston is a town and civil parish in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated at the northern end of the Lizard Peninsula approximately 12 miles east of Penzance and 9 miles south-west of Falmouth.
