Stoughton Sea Shanty Society

A Sea Shanty Society for oldies and newbies and all good folk! We meet at Roxy’s Restobar in Stoughton, Wisconsin near the bridge and the Yahara River every second Tuesday of the month.

The Stoughton Sea Shanty Society meets monthly at Roxy’s Restobar at 208 W Main St, Stoughton, WI 53589 USA.

On 22 September 2025 Transø announced an event being held at Mershon’s Cidery in Stoughton.  It will take place on Sunday, 28 September 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.  The venue is located at 124 W. Main Street, Stoughton, WI 53589-2124, USA.  “Come out and sing! The Stoughton Sea Shanty Society invites you to sing sea shanties, work songs, drinking songs, joke songs, and more in a fun and welcoming community song circle! Songs from our shared humanity around the world!  No experience necessary! Songbooks provided!”
