Overview
From organizer Rhona Friend, “Hughie (Jones) still attends, sings and plays guitar every week at The New Everyman Folk Club, which he and his wife formed as The Spinners Folk Club, later becoming The Everyman Folk Club. They retired from running it after we started up again after Covid. It now has “New” inserted into its title and I am running it each week with the support of its faithful members.
A great friendly club in South Liverpool that meets every Thursday. All welcome to come along, to sing, play, read poetry, or just to listen, entry is free, prize draw each week, hat collection when there is a visiting artiste. Why not come and join us whenever you can.”
