Overview
The Navy Larks are a group of up to 25 stout – hearted men, united by their love of sea shanties and traditional music.
Brilliant shanty group where performance and entertainment are guaranteed. They sing old and new maritime songs. They’re versatile, fun and sing with great spirit. They perform at many charity events around Salisbury, raising money for the RNLI and for the Parkinson’s Society.
Each summer they perform at the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. The Navy Larks sing in 3 parts, either unaccompanied, or with a guitar or melodeon.
The Navy Larks rehearse every Tuesday evening in a local Salisbury pub.
