The duo Stetrice from Brittany perform songs of the sea and from Brittany and Ireland.
From the folk duo to the Folk/Rock group… before a return to the folk duo! It all started when the duo formed in 1994, with a taste of travel. After many trips . . . from Mexico to Tahiti, via Quebec, Senegal, the United States, China and around the Mediterranean , the duo finally “landed” in their original Brittany in 2005. Since then these “Folkeux” have not stopped making a name for themselves in the great north-west…
In 2013, Stetrice embarked on a Folk/Rock/Celtic adventure with up to 6 musicians. However, folk concerts as a duo or trio continue in parallel – it’s a return to their roots as a folk duo.
